2. Services
SureMove provides moving, packing, labor, and home/office setup services in the Austin, TX area. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted based on actual conditions on move day.
3. SMS messaging terms
By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SureMove regarding quotes, scheduling, customer support, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Payments & cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, minimums, and cancellation policies will be confirmed in your booking. Failure to provide reasonable cancellation notice may result in fees.
5. Coverage & liability
Rest Assured Coverage is included with every booking up to the limits described on our website. Additional valuation coverage may be available. We are not liable for items not packed by SureMove crews unless damage is caused by our direct negligence.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate move details and access information.
- Disclose hazardous materials, fragile items, and special handling needs.
- Reserve elevators, parking, and access at both addresses where required.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt service, or use automated tools to scrape content. All trademarks and content are property of their respective owners.
